📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but in case something isn't right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


🔁 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges in case of size/model issues.


⚠️ Manufacturing Defects

If your product has any defects or damage due to our error, you can:

  • Return it and receive a 100% refund via UPI after a quality inspection.

  • Or, request a replacement — your choice.


💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 3 working days of successful product pickup and quality check.

  • All refunds are processed via UPI.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll schedule a free reverse pickup.

  • If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup or if the pickup fails, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
